Fuel Supply Contract for Transkom

This contract involves the delivery of multi-season diesel fuel to the fuel tanks at the buyer's station located at Piaskowa 1, for a period of 24 months. The total estimated quantity is up to 1,300,000 liters (1,300 m3), with monthly deliveries of approximately 54,000 liters. Each delivery will range from a minimum of 5,000 liters to a maximum of 20,000 liters. The contractor must ensure that the fuel meets quality standards as per the relevant regulations and provide a quality certificate with each delivery. Deliveries will occur on weekdays, excluding public holidays, using environmentally compliant transport. The buyer reserves the right to not utilize the full order quantity, with a minimum order fulfillment of 70%. The contractor must demonstrate that any equivalent solutions offered meet the buyer's requirements.
