Software Development for Transaction Processing and Digital Trust Services

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of qualified resources and services in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market, and in compliance with Act No. 297/2016 Coll. on trust services for electronic transactions. Detailed specifications, including the required quality characteristics of the various types of services to be provided, the manner and regime of their provision, as well as other commercial and payment conditions and relevant information regarding the subject of the contract, are included in the contract proposal and its annexes, which form Appendix I of this procurement documentation. A summary of all service items is provided in Table 1 of Article I of Appendix 1 – 'Requirements and Conditions of Performance' of the contract proposal.
