Sealing Works Contract 2025 - 2026

The City of Helsinki's construction services unit, Stara, is inviting bids for sealing repair works as outlined in this request for proposals and the attached documents. The framework agreement covers sealing repairs and related work aimed at improving indoor air quality. The work primarily targets public buildings and properties maintained by the City of Helsinki. The procurement will be used by Stara's departments. The quantities presented in the request for proposals are annual consumption estimates, and the contract does not impose a mandatory purchase obligation on the buyer. Selected suppliers will not have exclusive rights to provide the goods and services covered by this procurement. The procurement includes an option period of two (2) additional years, which is entirely at the discretion of the buyer. The buyer will notify the use of the option period no later than two (2) months before the end of the initial framework agreement period.
