Brief
This contract is part of Subproject 3 of the project "Development of the institution, infrastructure, capabilities, and skills for public data governance, their availability for reuse, and the provision of related services to the public and private sectors in Greece - Phase A" (OPS TA 5158667), which is implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0". The contract involves the implementation of actions related to awareness, promotion, networking, consultation, training, and increasing the impact of the project, particularly regarding its role in creating a Digital Transition Indicators Observatory, developing a data utilization platform, assessing the effectiveness of Action 16778 "Digitization of files and related services", and serving as the Executive Mechanism of the Bureaucracy Observatory (BO). Specifically, the requested services include the following Work Sections: Work Section 1 (WS1): Implementation of awareness actions. This includes the design and production of printed and other promotional and informational materials, as well as the planning and organization of events/seminars, consultations, and other awareness actions to inform citizens, businesses, and other entities about the crucial role of the Digital Transition Indicators Observatory, the assessment of the effectiveness of the Digitization of Action 16778, the Bureaucracy Observatory, and the importance of proper governance of public data in Greece, with the ultimate goal of promoting related initiatives and creating a sense of trust among citizens and businesses towards the Public Administration and the role that related initiatives will play. Work Section 2 (WS2): Implementation of publicity actions. This includes the promotion of materials produced for the advertising campaign from Work Section 1. Work Section 3 (WS3): Development of informational materials and conducting training. This includes implementing training actions through the development of educational materials and conducting the corresponding training. The training aims to inform and familiarize public administration officials with the operation of the Data Marketplace of the National Documentation Center (NDC) and to inform the broader ecosystem of the Bureaucracy Observatory regarding the methodology for measuring administrative burdens.
