Special Vehicle for Cleaning Sewers

This contract involves the delivery of a brand new special vehicle designed for hydrodynamic cleaning and unblocking of sewer networks. The vehicle must be manufactured in 2024 or later. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 7 of the Terms of Reference. Please note that alternative offers are not accepted, and there will be no electronic auction for this procurement. The contract does not involve a framework agreement, and the buyer will not divide the order into parts, meaning partial offers will not be considered. Offers that do not cover the full scope of the order will be rejected. The buyer emphasizes that splitting the order could lead to excessive costs due to the loss of economies of scale, which is crucial for calculating the unit price favorably for the buyer.
