The Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Region Hannover, located at Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60c, 30625 Hannover, intends to establish a framework agreement for the supply of broom heads and sweeping brushes (8 lots) for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend the contract for up to three additional years. The annual requirement is estimated to be between 1,750 and 2,100 units. Orders will be placed as needed, meaning that the required quantity must be delivered within 5 working days, and in exceptional cases, within 1-2 hours. The contractor must also maintain a stock of a certain number of brooms. Typically, the order quantity will range from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 20 brooms. The delivery services will be publicly tendered across Europe in an open procedure according to VgV regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts by lot. The mentioned quantities are estimated needs and the actual annual requirement may vary by approximately 20% up or down, with no obligation for the contracting authority to purchase.
