Brief
The Swiss Post AG is seeking qualified suppliers for the project "Diföt (Service Provider for Material Handling)" to meet its logistics service requirements. The procurement aims to achieve the following goals: * Ensure equipment availability through professional maintenance and repair * Provide an on-call service for unplanned repairs The following points are relevant (Eligibility Criteria / Must Criteria): * On-call organization: 365 days / 24 hours / 7 days a week * Experience in maintenance and repair (minimum 3 years) of lifting devices, cross transfer vehicles, crossbelt sorters, vertical conveyors, and portal lifters * Experience in maintenance and repair of belt conveyors including belt welding (minimum 3 years) The following points are relevant (Award Criteria / Nice-to-Have Criteria): * Response time within 3 hours on-site: (Locations: Zurich Mülligen, Eclépens, and Härkingen) Quantity Overview: * Lifting devices: Currently, a total of 61 lifting devices are in use across the three mail centers: Zurich-Mülligen: 24 lifting devices Härkingen: 25 lifting devices Eclépens: 12 lifting devices * Cross transfer vehicles: Currently, a total of 52 cross transfer vehicles are in use: Zurich-Mülligen: 20 cross transfer vehicles Härkingen: 20 cross transfer vehicles Eclépens: 12 cross transfer vehicles * Crossbelt sorters: Currently, a total of 17 crossbelt sorters are in use: Zurich-Mülligen: 9 crossbelt sorters Härkingen: 4 crossbelt sorters Eclépens: 4 crossbelt sorters * Belt conveyors: Approximately 11 km of belt conveyor technology is installed across the three mail centers. Zurich-Mülligen: 6 km Härkingen: 4 km Eclépens: 1 km * Vertical conveyors: A total of 182 vertical conveyors from the manufacturer NERAK are in use across the three mail centers. There are 2 different types: one version as S-conveyors and one as portal lifters. Zurich-Mülligen: 68 S-conveyors, 26 portal lifters Härkingen: 45 S-conveyors, 11 portal lifters Eclépens: 24 S-conveyors, 8 portal lifters Exclusion: The maintenance of the control systems including software is not part of this tender.
