Fuel Supply Contract

This contract involves the ongoing supply of various types of fuel to specific locations in Chełm, Poland. The supplier will deliver diesel fuel (B7 and B0) and unleaded gasoline (Pb 95 and Pb 98) to a gas station and a waste processing facility. The total maximum quantities required are 2,500,000 liters of B7 diesel, 350,000 liters of B0 diesel, 1,250,000 liters of Pb 95 gasoline, and 280,000 liters of Pb 98 gasoline. The contract guarantees minimum quantities for each type of fuel, with additional amounts to be supplied based on demand. The fuel must meet specific quality standards and cannot contain recycled plastic products. Deliveries will occur regularly, with specified amounts and frequencies for each type of fuel. The supplier must also provide a valid insurance policy for liability during the contract period.
