Cyprus – Activated Carbon Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of 32 tons of impregnated activated carbon, with a possible variation of 30%, for a period of 24 months. There is an option to extend the contract for an additional 24 months for the supply of another 32 tons, also with a 30% variation, provided both parties agree to the same terms and prices. Deliveries will be made gradually throughout the contract period, based on the needs of the Council, in quantities of approximately 8 or 16 tons per delivery. The first delivery must occur no later than 30 days from the contract signing date. Subsequent deliveries will follow a schedule prepared by the Contracting Authority and sent in writing to the Contractor. All quantities must be delivered to Limassol Port (CIF Limassol).
