Supply Agreement for Ecolab Products in Germany

The Logistics Center of Lower Saxony (LZN) is responsible for procuring goods and services for the direct administration of the Lower Saxony state government. With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can also take on additional tasks for public law entities both within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration, as well as for private companies fully owned by the public sector. This contract involves establishing a framework agreement with a company for the supply of Ecolab products for all offices of the direct and indirect Lower Saxony state administration, including the Lower Saxony islands, the Thuringian Ministry of Justice, Migration, and Consumer Protection, and the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior, Municipal Affairs, and State Development, including their subordinate areas. The tender is product-specific, as the offices are required to use only Ecolab products due to existing rental equipment and dosing systems for dishwashing, laundry, and dispensers according to the skin protection plan. Cartridges from other manufacturers are not compatible, and the dosing is individually set. All offices of the direct and indirect Lower Saxony state administration, including the Lower Saxony islands, the Thuringian Ministry of Justice, Migration, and Consumer Protection, and the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior, Municipal Affairs, and State Development, including their subordinate areas, are authorized to place orders.
