Fleet Management Tool Provision and Operation

This procurement opportunity involves providing and operating a cloud-based managed service for fleet management for WDR Cologne and other eligible broadcasters. The eligible broadcasters include: - Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) - Deutsche Welle (DW) - Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) - Südwestrundfunk (SWR) - Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) The contracting authority will inform the eligible broadcasters about all contractual arrangements and will share the contractor's offer with all eligible parties. These parties are obligated to comply with all contractual regulations resulting from this tender if they choose to participate. However, there is no obligation for the eligible broadcasters to enter into a contract. Any contracts will be made by the eligible broadcasters in their own name and at their own expense. Joint liability among the various eligible broadcasters is excluded. A contract is to be established for a duration of 36 months, with the possibility of a one-time extension of 12 months, ensuring that the maximum contract duration does not exceed 4 years.
