Construction Works for Energy Modernization of Primary School No. 56 in Bydgoszcz

The contract involves construction works for the energy modernization and reconstruction of Primary School No. 56, located at Karpacka 30 in Bydgoszcz. This project is part of the City of Bydgoszcz's initiative titled "Investments Supported by Preparatory Assistance under the Program for Increasing Energy Efficiency of Buildings and Public Lighting in Bydgoszcz (BYDGOSZCZ ENERGY)." The scope of work includes several modules: 1) Module I - works in the basement (kitchen support rooms, library, reading room, changing rooms, storage, and technical rooms); 2) Module II - works on the ground floor in the left part of the building (kitchen, gym, changing room and storage support); 3) Module III - works in the left part of the building (ground floor, first floor, second floor); 4) Module IV - works in the right part of the building (ground floor, first floor, second floor). Each module is detailed in the graphic attachment (Attachment No. 1 to the contract). The contract is divided into parts, with the energy modernization of educational institutions in Bydgoszcz being carried out in separate proceedings for each institution. Interested contractors can attend a site visit on March 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM, meeting at the main entrance of Primary School No. 56. Participation in the site visit is not mandatory. This project is funded by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Investment B1.1.3, which focuses on replacing heating sources and improving energy efficiency in schools. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for financing the contract are not granted.
