Mechanical Processing Equipment Contract

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for a period of 4 years with one contractor per lot. The contract is divided into 2 lots: - Lot 1: Small dimensions - Lot 2: Larger dimensions. This is a framework agreement as defined in Article 2, 35° of the Law of June 17, 2016, on public procurement, which does not itself contain a specific 'assignment' but sets certain conditions for the sub-assignments that can be executed later based on this framework agreement. For each sub-assignment, a price quote will be requested, using the hourly rates from the inventory, and materials must be listed separately. No exclusivity is guaranteed: the contracting authority may simultaneously launch similar assignments alongside this framework agreement. The accompanying inventory is divided into 2 lots, each with 2 parts: Hourly rates for specific disciplines and materials needed. The processing of these assignments will take place in the workshop provided by the supplier. Only the delivery of a finished product will occur at the SCK CEN site.
