Long-Term Loan Services for Starogard Gdański Municipality

The Starogard Gdański Municipality is seeking a long-term loan of 13,810,000 PLN (thirteen million eight hundred ten thousand zlotys) to finance its budget deficit and repay existing loans. The loan will cover: 1) A budget deficit of 10,732,904 PLN (ten million seven hundred thirty-two thousand nine hundred four zlotys) and 2) Repayment of previous loans totaling 3,077,096 PLN (three million seventy-seven thousand ninety-six zlotys). The repayment period for interest will begin on July 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2039. Capital repayments will be made quarterly starting March 31, 2033. The interest rate will be variable, based on the WIBOR 3M rate plus a fixed bank margin. Interest payments will also occur quarterly. The loan is expected to be activated on July 1, 2025, upon the buyer's request within two business days. All transactions will be conducted in Polish zloty. The buyer reserves the right to change the timing and number of loan disbursements (up to three tranches) without additional fees. The buyer will receive quarterly updates on interest amounts via email at no extra cost. The loan will be secured by a promissory note with a declaration, countersigned by the Treasurer.
