Engineering Services for Road Design in Starachowice

This contract involves the preparation of design and cost documentation for the construction of a section of Józef Radoszewski Street in Starachowice, divided into three phases: Phase I includes the construction of the street section from the intersection with Benedyktyńska Street to the bridge over the Kamienna River, along with the adaptation of the bridge for pedestrian and bicycle traffic; Phase II involves the construction of parking spaces, lighting, and stormwater drainage along the section of Józef Radoszewski Street from the viaduct to Benedyktyńska Street; Phase III covers the construction of stormwater drainage from Józef Radoszewski Street along Benedyktyńska Street to the Kamienna River. The detailed description of the project is provided in Annex 1. Once completed, the road will be accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. The contracting authority does not require the employment of individuals involved in the execution of the contract under an employment contract due to the nature of the tasks involved. If the contractor refers to a trademark, patent, or origin (brand, manufacturer, supplier) of materials, as well as to standards, approvals, technical specifications, and reference systems mentioned in Article 99, paragraphs 1-7 of the Public Procurement Law, they must indicate in the documentation that they allow the offering of equivalent materials or solutions and must clarify the scope of acceptable equivalence.
