Renovation Works for Public Housing in Aulnay-sous-Bois

The project involves renovation and maintenance work for the properties managed by the Public Housing Office of Aulnay-sous-Bois. This includes a wide range of tasks from minor maintenance and repairs to the replacement of equipment and comprehensive rehabilitation of the housing stock. The procurement will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders divided into four geographical lots. The total maximum annual budget for this contract is €4,000,000 excluding tax. Each supplier can only be awarded a maximum of two lots, and no alternative proposals from candidates are allowed. This procurement includes social and environmental clauses.
