Telecommunications and Data Services Framework Agreement

The SKI (State and Municipal Procurement Service) is issuing a framework agreement for telecommunications, data, and internet services, referred to as '50.48 Telecommunications and Data'. This procurement aims to enable SKI's customers to fulfill their procurement obligations through the use of this framework agreement. The goal is to provide a commercially attractive agreement that meets customer expectations and procurement needs throughout its duration, while ensuring ease of use. This centrally coordinated agreement is in accordance with the Circular on State Procurement § 2 and is intended for all state entities, municipalities, regions, and other public contracting authorities that have actively chosen to use the agreement for acquiring telecommunications and data services, including internet connections. The framework agreement is divided into 7 sub-agreements, each representing independent agreements. Sub-agreements 1-6 are categorized into the following main product groups: - Fixed-line telephony - Mobile telephony - Mobile broadband - Products - Other assistance. Each main product group has sub-product groups, and further details can be found in Appendix B, which provides a complete description of the agreement's product groups, including main and sub-product groups.
