Architectural and Engineering Services for Tram/Bus Depot Renovation

This contract involves architectural and engineering services for the renovation and expansion of a tram/bus depot in France. The contract will commence upon notification, which will serve as the order to start the services, and will last until the final completion of the construction work and the end of the commissioning period, estimated to be 86 months. It includes one firm phase and two optional phases as defined in the specifications. The financial envelope allocated for the construction work by the project owner is estimated at 63,008,067 Euros (excluding VAT). The construction work is expected to take approximately 44 months (excluding warranty period). The goal is to have the entire depot fully operational by the end of the first half of 2030.
