Construction of Power Lines and Consumer Connections in Hungary

This contract involves a framework agreement for the construction and design of consumer connections, specifically for underground and overhead line connections. The work includes planning, geodetic measurements, installation of standard direct meters, and connecting to the network under live voltage in the service area of OPUS TITÁSZ ZRT. The contracting authority will issue specific orders based on actual procurement needs during the contract period, as per the relevant public procurement regulations. The activities include designing low-voltage (0.4kV) cable and overhead line connections, preparing simplified plans, coordinating with utility services, and conducting geodetic and traffic management tasks. The contractor will also be responsible for the installation of connections, including supervision, cable laying, and site preparation, as well as documentation of the completed work with digital and printed photographs. The contractor may also need to connect to the network and install meters as specified. The contracting authority may deviate from the total contract amount by up to 30% during the contract period.
