This contract involves the preparation of complete project documentation and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions for construction works in the Gorlice Forest District. The project aims to adapt forests and forestry to climate change, focusing on small retention and preventing water erosion in mountainous areas. Suppliers will be required to provide detailed project documentation, including construction designs, cost estimates, and technical specifications. The work is divided into three phases: Phase I involves presenting initial design concepts within 40 days of contract signing; Phase II requires complete documentation and obtaining a building permit within 18 months; and Phase III includes ongoing supervision of construction work until final acceptance and obtaining a usage permit, lasting until June 30, 2028.
