Customer Service for Tourist Sites in Priego de Córdoba

This contract involves providing customer service at various tourist monuments and buildings in Priego de Córdoba. The services include managing visitor access, controlling visitor numbers, providing information to visitors, and collecting statistics. The service will be required from Monday to Sunday, during morning and afternoon hours, based on the demand from the Tourism Service. The specific sites include the Carnicerías Reales, Castle, Niceto Alcalá-Zamora Museum, and Adolfo Lozano Sidro Cultural Center, as well as other municipal buildings like the Ceramics Oven and the Cal Oven, on an exceptional basis. The Tourism Delegation will provide a monthly schedule for each monument according to their needs. The awarded company must ensure that the monuments are open on the requested days by the Tourism Service, for at least the hours specified in the contract. The total value of the service is capped at 90,000 euros per year, plus VAT, and may be adjusted based on the service requirements.
