Mid Sussex District Council is conducting preliminary market engagement to gather supplier feedback and prepare for a future procurement of Hard Facilities Management (FM) services across its property estate. The Council manages approximately 118 properties including offices, operational facilities, commercial buildings, public-facing venues, and community spaces across the Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and East Grinstead areas. The Hard FM services contract may include planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance checks, mechanical and electrical services, building fabric maintenance, reactive repairs, emergency call-outs, specialist servicing, asset data management, lifecycle advice, compliance reporting, minor works, and project works. Suppliers will be expected to use the Council's CAFM system to manage work orders, update asset records, and support contract administration.
