Construction Supervision for Zator Bypass Project

This contract involves providing supervision and management for the construction of the Zator Bypass along National Road No. 28. The selected consultant will oversee the project using Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and tools. Key responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with contract conditions, verifying contractor documents for completeness and accuracy, conducting control calculations to identify potential errors, managing construction oversight until the final payment certificate is issued, administering and modeling processes, and managing the Client's Common Data Environment (CDE). The consultant will also engage in promotional activities related to the project, collaborate with the Client's team, and adhere to EU co-financed investment procedures. Additionally, the consultant will provide construction supervision, participate in warranty reviews, and support the Client as a diligent advisor throughout the project. Continuous monitoring and resolution of issues related to contractor performance and construction documents will be required, ensuring effective collaboration with neighboring project teams.
