Police Uniforms Supply Contract

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services will be paid at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and cover all renewal periods. Lots include: 1) Non-motorcycle uniforms/equipment with a maximum of €150,000; 2) Motorcycle-specific uniforms/equipment with a maximum of €20,000; 3) A.S.V.P. and environmental brigade uniforms/equipment with a maximum of €28,000. During the execution of the contract, if the contractor offers promotional prices to their regular customers that are lower than the contractual prices defined in the contract, these promotional prices will replace the contractual prices for the duration of the promotion. In this case, the invoice will include the initial price and the exceptional discount reflecting this promotion based on supporting commercial documents. The framework agreement is effective from January 1, 2025, or from the first day of the month following its notification, if later, until December 31, 2025, for an initial maximum period of one (1) year. The framework agreement is automatically renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3, with a maximum duration of one year for each renewal.
