Software Consultancy Services Framework Agreement

This contract is for a framework agreement to select a license partner who will provide software consultancy services and related licenses. The selected partner will be responsible for the purchase, rental, and maintenance of software, as well as offering consultancy services and related Local Service Provider (LSP) services in specific product areas. The agreement will also include equivalent services for products offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Bidders must demonstrate extensive expertise and access to a wide range of products, and they should be capable of developing effective systems tailored to the needs of the contracting authority, including coordination, administration, and collaboration with Nye Veier and its sub-suppliers or manufacturers.
