Supply of Pharmaceutical Products for St. Ivan Rilski Hospital

This contract involves the periodic supply of pharmaceutical products to St. Ivan Rilski Hospital based on advance requests, according to the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 24 months from the signing date, with deliveries made periodically based on the hospital's needs. Delivery times should be proposed by the supplier, not exceeding 24 hours from the receipt of a written request from the hospital. The procedure includes 25 distinct lots. Bids can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Participants must submit only one bid in accordance with the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The offered pharmaceutical products must meet the minimum requirements specified by the hospital. Participants must declare that they hold a valid authorization for the use of the pharmaceutical product, issued in accordance with the relevant regulations. If participants are in the process of renewing their authorization or if their authorization expires during the contract, they must declare that the quantities of the pharmaceutical product are available.
