Preventive and corrective maintenance services and radiological certification (as applicable) for security equipment from manufacturers such as Gilardoni, Surescan, 1st Detect, Rohde&Schwarz, Garrett, Kumahira, and Astrophysics - 12 months at 332,900 lei (excluding VAT) = 3,994,800 lei (excluding VAT). 2. Spare parts for security equipment from Gilardoni, Surescan, 1st Detect, Rohde&Schwarz, Garrett, Kumahira, and Astrophysics = 1,797,944 lei (excluding VAT). 3. TIP library for Astrophysics = 100 images at 50 lei (excluding VAT) = 5,000 lei (excluding VAT). **Lot 2**: Preventive and corrective maintenance services for security equipment from Socomec, Magnetic, and CEIA - Total estimated value: 205,200 lei (excluding VAT). Breakdown: Preventive and corrective maintenance services for security equipment from Socomec, Magnetic, and CEIA - 12 months at 17,100 lei (excluding VAT) = 205,200 lei (excluding VAT). Bidders must adhere to the estimated total value for each lot when preparing their offers. The estimated values for components are provided solely for illustrative purposes. Clarification requests can be made up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. The contract duration is 13 months, including 12 months of service provision and 1 month for the establishment/return of participation guarantees and the final payment.
