Construction of Laboratory Buildings - Ventilation Systems

This contract involves the supply and installation of complete ventilation systems for a fully basement laboratory building with a footprint of 51x57 meters, featuring four above-ground floors and a penthouse. Key components include: external air supply structures, air handling units, process exhaust systems, smoke extraction systems, fans, various air ducts made of sheet metal and plastic (both round and rectangular), flexible piping systems, fittings and accessories, fire protection dampers, partitions, smoke extraction systems, and insulation work covering approximately 3,000 m² of air ducts. The project also requires around 1,500 meters of round pipes including fittings, 230 volume flow regulators of various diameters, 3 fire protection dampers in different sizes, 2 central air handling units (with a supply air capacity of 32,000 m³/h per unit, and exhaust air capacities of 2x32,000 m³/h and 1x28,000 m³/h), 230 round silencers of various diameters, and several smoke extraction fans. Additionally, thermal insulation work for ducts and pipes is required.
