Heating Network Modernization in Siemianowice Śląskie

This contract involves the design and execution of the modernization of the heating network in Siemianowice Śląskie, following a design and build approach. The contractor will also be responsible for providing the final documentation to the contracting authority and ensuring that all necessary actions are taken for the building's usability. The project is located in the Silesian Voivodeship, specifically in Siemianowice Śląskie, covering areas around the following streets: Lubiny, Kapicy, Sienkiewicza, Głowackiego, Śniadeckiego, Fitznerów, Szkolnej, Hutniczej, Katowickiej, Trafalczyka, Jagiellońskiej, Sobieskiego, Olimpijskiej, Orzeszkowej, Stawowej, Wyzwolenia, Północnej, and Bytomskiej. The contract is divided into three parts. The contractor must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the draft contract provisions attached as Annex 2, Parts I, II, and III to the SWZ, as well as the Functional-Utility Program, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The work must comply with current regulations, particularly the Construction Law of July 7, 1994, and its implementing acts. Due to the construction work being conducted in a built-up and inhabited area, it must be carried out in a manner that does not hinder access to neighboring properties or impede emergency services.
