The contract involves multiple construction projects in Kostrzyn, Poland, divided into four parts: 1. **Market Modernization and Poznańska Street Reconstruction**: This includes the modernization of the market area, reconstruction of Poznańska Street, and improvements to surrounding roads, including pedestrian pathways, parking spaces, and landscaping. A fuel station will be removed as part of this project. 2. **Dworcowa Street Reconstruction and Pedestrian-Bicycle Path Construction**: This part focuses on upgrading Dworcowa Street and building a pedestrian-bicycle path, including road improvements and drainage systems. 3. **Rzeźnicka Street Construction**: This involves designing and constructing Rzeźnicka Street, including necessary infrastructure like drainage, lighting, and safety features, under a design-and-build contract. 4. **Średzka Street Reconstruction**: This includes the reconstruction of Średzka Street, focusing on road improvements, pedestrian pathways, and drainage systems.
