    Brief

The Contracting Authority, Energinet, is seeking suppliers to provide aerial photography services for inspecting overhead power lines. This opportunity is divided into two lots: LOT 1 focuses on tower inspections, while LOT 2 is for insulator inspections. The purpose of the tower inspections is to evaluate the condition of the overhead lines, identifying any corrosion or defects. Detailed requirements for the data needed to assess these conditions are outlined in Service description document no. 24/15830-12. Similarly, the insulator inspections aim to assess the health of the insulators on Energinet’s overhead lines, with specific data requirements detailed in Service description document no. 24/15830-11. Each lot has a framework agreement lasting 3 years, with the possibility of extending for an additional 2 years. The estimated budget for LOT 1 is DKK 5 million, and for LOT 2, it is DKK 2.5 million. Suppliers can submit bids for one or both lots. Orders will be awarded to the supplier who presents the most economically advantageous offer for each lot. Please note that the consumption figures are estimates and not binding. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to purchase services under this agreement but is not obligated to do so.
