Land Adjustment Services in Štěpánovice and Hvozdec

This public procurement contract involves the preparation of a comprehensive land adjustment proposal (KoPÚ) in the cadastral areas of Štěpánovice near České Budějovice and part of the cadastral area of Hvozdec near Lišov. The work includes necessary surveying tasks to the precision class required for the restoration of the real estate cadastre as per regulation No. 357/2013 Coll. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared for registration in the real estate cadastre. The area of the KoPÚ includes the entire cadastral territory of Štěpánovice, excluding the built-up area of the municipality, extensive buildable areas according to the zoning plan in the northeastern part of the intravilane, and the built-up area with adjacent buildable land in the southern part of the area. Larger forest complexes located at the cadastral boundary in the northern, northeastern, and southeastern parts of the cadastral area are excluded from the KoPÚ. However, other very small forest complexes have been included for accessibility reasons. The KoPÚ area also includes lands not addressed under § 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. on land adjustments and land offices, which only require the renewal of the set of surveying information. Due to the need to change the cadastral boundary between the cadastral areas of Štěpánovice and Hvozdec at the location of a straightened watercourse, part of the cadastral area of Hvozdec has been included in the KoPÚ area. This inclusion allows access to all lands on both banks of the watercourse and facilitates the alignment of the cadastral boundary. The initiation of the KoPÚ was prompted by a request from landowners holding more than half of the agricultural land in the affected cadastral area. The expected area of the KoPÚ is 654 hectares.
