Construction of Primary Schools in Germany - New Primary School North - Children's Campus - Interior Work

The project involves the construction of a new primary school building that will serve as a northern boundary for the site while opening up to the south with an inviting design. The architecture of the school and sports hall is layered and calm, creating a backdrop to the slope and forming a spacious outdoor area with play and sports facilities. The simple floor plan inside allows for good orientation, with the entrance hall serving as a distribution zone that can connect to the dining hall. A large entrance staircase acts as a central, communicative element or forum, providing seating for performances. The all-day area, with its own outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, transitions to the adjacent sports hall, which includes changing areas in the basement. The sports hall foyer offers a separate outdoor access for evening use. Classrooms on the upper floors create spatial units with internal communication areas at the head of the building, while specialized classrooms are located in the center. Cut-out courtyards ensure good lighting and ventilation in the core area. The library serves as the central shared learning space, and freely arranged corridors provide areas for open communication and learning opportunities. The structural concept is a reinforced concrete skeleton with columns and flat ceilings. Stairwell cores provide stability. Most exterior and interior walls are non-load-bearing (high flexibility) and constructed as wood post-and-beam or wood-clad drywall constructions. The exterior escape balconies are designed as Isokorb constructions (reinforced concrete), with the first and second escape routes leading outside for fire safety reasons. The basement level recedes under the two-story part compared to the ground floor. The following services are to be provided: LOT 1: - Wooden wall coverings with partial acoustic perforation approximately 1700m² - Wooden ceiling coverings with acoustic perforation approximately 1000m² - Acoustic absorbers with felt surface approximately 700m² - Interior doors / object doors / system partition walls approximately 105 units - Built-in cabinets approximately 280 linear meters, height approximately 2.7m, depth 0.6-0.7m - Mobile partition walls approximately 90m² LOT 2 - Impact wall for sports hall approximately 335m² - Interior doors / object doors approximately 15 units - Wooden ceiling coverings with acoustic perforation approximately 375m².
