    Brief

    This public procurement contract involves the role of a construction manager for the demolition of an existing building and the subsequent construction of a new facility at Kladská 733, Náchod. The new building will house two separate workspaces with adequate capacity for the Museum of Náchod and the Gallery of Fine Arts in Náchod. The responsibilities of the construction manager are fully defined in Annexes 3a to 3d of the tender documentation, which includes contractual conditions according to FIDIC. The construction manager will also assist in preparing and administering the tender process for the construction project, which will be executed as a Design & Build contract. Additionally, the construction manager will prepare a payment schedule for the project. The services provided will primarily focus on ensuring expert support to the Buyer and the Contractor to achieve the highest possible quality in the execution of the project.
