This contract involves the construction of a new administrative building in Miesbach, Germany. The project includes the following key elements: a reinforced concrete structure with flat ceilings, columns, walls, and staircases. The building will have a basement, ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic, totaling a gross floor area of 8,175 square meters and a gross volume of 34,985 cubic meters. The main dimensions of the building are 78 meters in length, 42 meters in width, and 28 meters in height (including both underground and above-ground sections). The project also includes approximately 4,000 square meters of scaffolding, 2,350 square meters of timber frame construction, and 620 square meters of gabled roof covering. Suppliers are invited to provide the necessary carpentry and timber construction services for this project.
