    Brief

The Health and Care Administration of Copenhagen Municipality is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of consulting and technical support related to the implementation of biological lighting in the municipality's nursing homes. The consulting and technical support will be provided at 7 nursing homes (equivalent to 350 apartments). Additionally, the framework agreement includes an option for up to 14 more nursing homes (equivalent to 1,030 apartments). The goal of the consulting and technical support is to optimize the effectiveness of the lighting system in relation to the existing physical and operational conditions. The intended outcomes include improving the well-being and comfort of residents and staff, promoting better sleep quality, reducing the number of falls, and decreasing stress and anxiety. Copenhagen Municipality aims to enter into a framework agreement with a duration of 2 years, with the possibility of extension for up to 24 months (2 x 12 months).
