Dynamic Procurement System for Technical Advisors

This dynamic procurement system involves the ongoing procurement of technical advisors by the contracting authority. It is divided into 10 independent categories, where applicants who meet the eligibility requirements are prequalified, and mini-tenders are conducted. Each category is considered a separate sub-agreement. An economic operator can apply for inclusion in one, several, or all categories. To be eligible to bid on the mini-tenders published in a specific category, an economic operator must be registered as a participant in that category.
