    Brief

    The contracting authority, as the beneficiary, is implementing the project: 'Improving the Digital Infrastructure of the National Institute of Endocrinology C.I. Parhon', funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Pillar II: Digital Transformation, Component: 7 - Digital Transformation, Investment: I3. The project aims to establish an eHealth and telemedicine system, specifically focusing on investments in the information systems and digital infrastructure of public healthcare units. This procurement procedure will acquire some components of the integrated information system for which the contracting authority has obtained funding, including hardware infrastructure and some software components as described in the specifications. Clarification requests must be submitted by economic operators 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and responses to these clarifications will be provided in SICAP 10 days before the deadline set in the participation announcement for submitting offers.
