Software Licenses and Support for Blackberry Infrastructure in North Rhine-Westphalia

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) is seeking suppliers to provide a framework contract for the temporary provision of Blackberry licenses, as well as maintenance and support for the Blackberry infrastructure used by various state departments. IT.NRW manages the central Blackberry infrastructure (Blackberry Router) for these departments. Departments may operate their own BES or UEM servers and manage device licenses as needed. Suppliers are required to submit a discount rate on the manufacturer's net prices, which will be based on the current manufacturer's price list at the time of the bid submission. This price list must be included with the bid for verification purposes. In addition to licenses and support, training days are also required, which will be covered under the 'Professional Services Consulting per Day' section of the manufacturer's price list. The deadline for submitting bids is June 2, 2025.
