Laboratory Supplies for Clinical and Microbiology Laboratories

This procurement contract is for the supply of consumables and reagents needed by the Clinical Laboratory, Microbiology Laboratory, and Transfusion Hematology Laboratory at the University Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Oncology "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD. The contract includes periodic deliveries based on requests from the buyer, covering 22 distinct categories of supplies and reagents. Deliveries will occur monthly, with quantities specified by the buyer over a 12-month period. The estimated quantities are detailed in the Technical Specification for each category. The buyer reserves the right to extend the contract duration if necessary, under specific conditions outlined in the contract draft. These conditions include: a) The buyer can issue a letter to the supplier to extend the contract for an additional period. b) The contract may be extended for up to 3 months. c) The option for extension can only be invoked before the contract's expiration and if there are unrequested quantities. d) If the extension option is invoked, the supplier must extend the bank guarantee or insurance in line with the new contract duration. The procedure for opening, reviewing, evaluating, and ranking offers will be conducted according to the relevant legal provisions. Each category will be evaluated separately based on the chosen awarding criteria, with technical and price proposals assessed before reviewing compliance documents.
