Landscaping Work for New Sports Hall at Realschule Regenstauf

The Regensburg district is planning the construction of a new sports hall at Realschule Regenstauf. This contract includes various landscaping works as per DIN 18320 standards, which involve the following tasks: demolition of existing surfaces (approximately 250 m²), removal of a chain-link fence (about 80 m), dismantling and reassembling a waste bin enclosure, topsoil removal (around 450 m²), excavation of approximately 1600 m³ of soil, disposal with sampling, excavation for drainage channels and water supply (about 200 m³), installation of drainage pipes (approximately 100 m), trench excavation for cables (around 350 m³), installation of cable protection pipes (about 1100 m), construction of concrete channels (approximately 45 m), installation of borders and edges (around 500 m), construction of slot drains and box drains with connections (about 80 m), installation of street catch basins (3 units), frost protection and gravel layers for surface areas (approximately 1100 m³), concrete slab surfaces for plazas and paths (around 685 m²), concrete paving for access roads and parking spaces (approximately 1100 m²), asphalt surface for access roads (about 60 m²), installation of clean run grates (10 m), construction of concrete wall panels (10 units), installation of safety railings (approximately 40 m), stainless steel handrails (about 30 m), provision of waste bins (3 units), installation of barrier posts (8 units), benches (5 units), bicycle racks (16 units), topsoil application (approximately 250 m³), planting of trees (11 units with vegetation layer), planting of shrubs and perennials (around 900 m²), and sowing of grass and meadows (approximately 900 m²). The maintenance of green areas will continue until acceptance, with development care lasting for one year after acceptance.
