    Brief

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of official vehicles for the Mazovian Police Headquarters. The framework agreement will set the terms for orders that can be placed during its validity, including prices, expected quantities, delivery timelines, and warranty conditions. The contracting authority plans to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of five contractors for this task. The contract is divided into nine tasks, which include the purchase and delivery of various types of new vehicles, such as passenger cars, SUVs, and pickups, both marked and unmarked for police use. Each task specifies the maximum number of vehicles to be supplied. The contractor will provide a warranty for the vehicles as specified in the technical specifications, ensuring a minimum of 36 months coverage for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, with a mileage limit of 120,000 km from the date of vehicle acceptance. The contracting authority will issue orders based on a ranking of offers received, and will approach the highest-ranked contractor first when a need arises. If the first contractor cannot fulfill the order, the authority will move to the next contractor in the ranking. The minimum order quantity is five vehicles, and the maximum is ten vehicles per order. The delivery timelines for each task vary, with specific deadlines outlined for each type of vehicle. Suppliers must submit required documentation with their offers to confirm compliance with the specified criteria.
