Comprehensive Supply of Electricity for Renewable Energy Installations in Pleśna

This contract involves the comprehensive supply of electricity for points with renewable energy installations needed by the Pleśna Purchasing Group. The specific locations are listed in Appendix 1 of the procurement documents. The contract is governed by the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, the Civil Code, and relevant executive regulations. The Pleśna Municipality and members of the Purchasing Group, along with their units mentioned in Appendix 1, will enter into separate agreements resulting from this public procurement process conducted through an open tender. Detailed information regarding all supply points is included in Appendices 1 and 5 of the procurement documents. The selected contractor will be responsible for notifying the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the comprehensive electricity supply agreements, which include the sale and distribution of electricity. The contractor will receive the necessary power of attorney for these actions (see Appendix 5.1). The contracting authority acts on its own behalf and based on a signed Agreement (available for review at the contracting authority's office) on behalf of the following municipalities: • Lisia Góra • Ryglice • Szczurowa • Tuchów • Żabno. The estimated electricity demand from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, is 1,044,334 kWh. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of electricity ordered. The Distribution System Operator is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
