Mobile Telephony Services for Croatian Transmission System Operator

This procurement opportunity is for mobile telephony services, specifically voice services (VPN) and mobile internet access, for the Croatian Transmission System Operator (HOPS d.d.). The contract includes voice services through GSM VPN connections and mobile internet access, which encompasses voice, mixed, and data services, along with supplementary and auxiliary services in a mobile electronic communication network. Additionally, it includes devices such as mobile phones and 4G modems/routers, along with the necessary electronic cards (SIM cards). The procurement involves 1,053 subscribed GSM VPN numbers and 77 mobile internet connections currently contracted with the existing operator, which will continue to be used, as well as new subscriber numbers required by the buyer during the duration of the framework agreement established through this public procurement process. The subscriber numbers will remain with the buyer even after the expiration of the framework agreement. The supplier is required to offer services or devices with equal or better technical specifications than those described in the procurement documentation.
