School Transport Services in Brussels

The Commission communautaire française (COCOF) is seeking suppliers for specialized school transport services for students attending special education institutions in the Brussels-Capital Region. This contract involves providing transport for 36 designated routes starting from the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year and lasting for a duration of 10 years. Each route is treated as a separate lot. Suppliers will need to provide a bus, as specified by COCOF for each lot, along with a driver to transport students from their homes to their respective educational institutions and back. Before classes begin, the driver is expected to pick up a COCOF staff member at a designated location and then collect students at specified stops. Services are to be provided only during the school year, excluding school holidays. The COCOF will determine the bus specifications, including capacity and whether an elevator is required. It is important for suppliers to note that routes may be modified by COCOF during the contract period due to changes in student enrollment or other factors. Suppliers must agree to any notified changes and cannot refuse to execute modified routes. Additionally, COCOF may request changes to bus specifications during the contract for similar reasons, requiring the supplier's agreement. Pricing for the transport services will be set by COCOF as outlined in the annexes.
