Food Supply Contract for Hospital

This contract involves the supply of food for the catering services of the Hospital with Polyclinic in Považská Bystrica, located at Nemocničná 986, 017 26 Považská Bystrica. The contract is divided into 8 parts: Part 1 - Bulk food products, Part 2 - Bread and bakery products, Part 3 - Milk and dairy products, Part 4 - Meat and meat products, Part 5 - Fresh fruit, Part 6 - Fresh vegetables and potatoes, Part 7 - Fresh chicken eggs, Part 8 - Frozen products. The contract also includes related services such as transportation to the delivery location, loading, and unloading of the supplied goods into the designated storage area. Packaging, labeling, and transportation must comply with the provisions of Act No. 152/1995 Coll. on foodstuffs, including its implementing regulations and other applicable legal regulations, standards, and the Food Code of the Slovak Republic. Transportation of goods to the delivery site must be carried out by vehicles authorized and approved for the transport of food in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic or other equivalent documents issued by the relevant authority of a European Union member state, meeting the quality standards for food transport as per the Food Code of the Slovak Republic. The approval document must be valid throughout the duration of the contract and must be continuously present in the vehicle. The public procurer/buyer reserves the right to inspect the suitability of the vehicles as required. The subject of the contract must meet all legally established standards for the specified subject matter and must comply with all requirements for health-safe products.
