    Brief

    This contract involves construction work to expand the building complex of the Wrocław Specialist Hospital for the needs of the Pathology Department and Oncology Clinics. The project includes the purchase of equipment and permanent fixtures under a design and build contract. Key details include: 1. The contractor will be responsible for construction work based on the project documentation developed by them, including the installation of fume hoods. 2. All construction work must comply with the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which is attached as Annex 10 to the contract notice. The permanent fixtures (fume hoods) must meet the conditions described in Annex 6 to the contract notice. 3. The project is divided into three phases: Phase I - development of project documentation and obtaining a building permit; Phase II - construction work; Phase III - obtaining an occupancy permit. 4. Due to the need for timely completion, the contracting authority requires the use of modular technology with a steel structure (3D module system) or prefabricated elements. Traditional construction methods are not permitted.
