Construction of Childcare Facilities in Romania

This contract involves the design, execution, and technical assistance for the construction of two childcare facilities in Romania. Lot 1 is for a small nursery in Nușfalău, Sălaj County, and Lot 2 is for a large nursery in Băicoi, Prahova County. The estimated total value of the contract package is 29,454,271.38 lei, excluding VAT, with Lot 1 valued at 11,002,363.51 lei and Lot 2 at 18,451,907.87 lei, both excluding VAT. Suppliers must adhere to the full names of the investment objectives when preparing their bids, as detailed in the Instructions for Bidders. Any modifications to the public procurement contract during its validity will follow the conditions outlined in Article 221 of Law No. 98/2016. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 28 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications by the 22nd day, or 12 days before the bid submission deadline.
