Supplies of Cleaning and Hygiene Products for Ostrava University

This public procurement contract involves the supply of cleaning and hygiene products for Ostrava University based on the current operational needs of the university and all its components for a duration of 24 months. A list and specifications of the required cleaning and hygiene products, along with the estimated quantities for the 24-month period, are provided in Appendix 1 – List and Specifications of Cleaning and Hygiene Products, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. The contract will establish a framework agreement with a single supplier, under which individual deliveries of cleaning and hygiene products will be made according to the university's operational needs. The execution of the contract will follow the specified commercial terms (see Appendix 4 – Framework Agreement) and will be conducted in accordance with the law, allowing for individual orders to be placed based on the framework agreement without reopening the competition. Orders will be submitted in writing by the university as outlined in Appendix 4 – Framework Agreement.
