Consultancy Services for Urban Development Project in Randers

Randers Municipality is seeking consultancy services for the 'Flodlejet' project, which aims to create a new urban space that combines flood protection and access to water with a green recreational area in the heart of Randers. This opportunity involves landscape architecture, architectural, and engineering consultancy as part of a total advisory framework agreement. The project details are outlined in the tender documents. The framework agreement will be established with a single point of contact, allowing the buyer to request consultancy services as needed. Upon requesting tasks under the framework agreement, a specific initiation notice (ATR) will be issued based on the rights and obligations of the agreement. The buyer is not obligated to procure services under the framework agreement beyond the initial proposal development, and therefore, no specific fees can be guaranteed. The estimated value of the framework agreement is expected to be 6,400,000 DKK excluding VAT over the contract period, assuming the consultant participates throughout the project, including the development of proposals for the entire project area, as well as project proposals, authority projects, tender projects, project follow-up, construction management, and professional supervision for the municipally owned part of the project area. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at 11,000,000 DKK excluding VAT during the contract period.
